Recuperative heat exchanger units
In all ventilation systems in which it is necessary to replace big amount of air (as restaurants, hotels, ofices etc.) energy recuperation is economical.
From exhausted air there must be, accoding to norms, removed harmful compounds (smoke, vapors, dust). That is why both streams, i.e. of exhausted and fresh air, pass through individual filters. From fresh air mainly dust particles are removed.
The basic part of the equipment consists of air/air heat exchanger with geometry of crossed air streams which is fixed in a frame. Plates of heat exchangers are made of alluminium treated against fire and ageing. Tightness guarantees polution of fresh air.
Recuperation units are installed horizontally under ceiling or 2,5 m from the floor, air manifold is connected using antivibration sockets.
Controller of output of the unit can be installed on spot or realized as a remote control.
The unit is effective in – 15 to + 50 °C.
